Neo Movember Store Results : The Winner

As the rules state, the goal of ''Movember'' - ( the annual, month-long event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November ) - is to "change the face of men's health."
So , Ms. Cinzia sponsored her own hair-raising event in similar fashion ..... but for girls.
And here is the winner :  Ms Giorgia - sometime Neo House model , sporting a dashing waxy 'tasche , of the not-so-permanent vintage variety...
